In what formats do you sell games?
We offer games in a variety of formats for your convenience and preferences: physical CD, used physical CD, CD key, and game account.
How do things work with new and used physical CDs?
Within 1 business day of receiving your order, your game CD will be shipped to you. At this time, we can only ship to addresses in Canada.
How do things work with CD keys?
We offer genuine licensed CD keys direct from the manufacturer. A key is simply a sequence of numbers and letters. If you have digitally downloaded a game from the manufacturer, you need a CD key to activate the game. Your key will be emailed to your account email address within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
How do things work with game accounts?
A game account is simply an account for a console that owns a genuine licensed game. We send you the email and password for the account to the email address for your account with us. From there, you log in to the account, and download the game to your console. The account is yours to keep. Your account information will be sent to you within 24 hours of us receiving your order.
What’s your guarantee?
We stand behind our products 100%. If, for some reason, your game does not work, let us know and we will check into it for you. If we can’t get it to work, we will promptly replace it for you.
Do the games and keys work in any country other than Canada?
For Xbox One games, the games will work worldwide. For Playstation 4 games, the games will work anywhere in the Canada / US region. For other types of games, please contact us in advance of your purchase, and we will let you know. If you need Playstation 4 games for regions outside the Canada / US region, please let us know in advance and we will let you know whether we can obtain them. Often we are able to obtain games and keys for the EU region.
I didn’t receive the game or code on my email.
It can take us up to 24 hours to send your game or key. So, please be patient. Also, check your spam folder and check that you’ve used the correct email address when signing up at our site. If, after 24 hours you haven’t received your game or code, please contact us.
The game I want isn’t listed on your site
Please contact us and let us know what you want. We’ll let you know whether we can obtain this game for you, and at what price.
